Program Name and Description

The SMS program is operated by Ace Opti. The Ace Opti SMS Program may send messages related to lead generation inquiries, lead nurture follow-ups, appointment reminders, intake steps, consultation updates, service information, customer support, and account-related communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our toll-free number. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin the Ace Opti SMS Program after opting out, sign up again through an Ace Opti form, contact us directly, or text START or UNSTOP to the number from which you previously received messages. Once you opt in again, we may resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
